Resumen del trabajo:


Desarrollar e implementar Mejoras en los procesos, asegurando que la capacidad de los equipos sea usada correctamente, cambios de modelo optimizados,.

Toma de acciones correctivas y preventivas para solución de problemas usando las metodologias establecidas. Control y reduccion en generacion de Scrap. Asegurar que los equipos operen de una manera segura. Responsable de la introducción de nuevos productos en el área Asegurar compra de herramental asi como asegurar su disponibilidad. Documentacion necesaria para la operacion.

Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales):

  • Responsable de la introducción de nuevos productos en el área
  • Liberacion de Procesos y equipos con el departamento de EHS
  • Generacion de documentacion necesaria para la operacion de los equipos o procesos
  • Soporte necesario a las áreas de manufactura
  • Responsable de los metricos de la linea ( Yield, Scrap, Tiempo disponible )
  • Definicion y propuestas para mejorar el layout
  • Responsable del diseñar y requerir los herramentales necesarios para el area
  • Apoyar en la implementacio de los cambios de Ingenieria.
  • Asegurarse que los programas y las políticas en seguridad, salud y medio ambiente sean seguidas para evitar
- algún accidente en su área de responsabilidad o a las instalaciones de la compañía

  • Fomentar disciplina, limpieza, orden y reducción de costos en su área de responsabilidad
  • Seguimiento a las acciones Identificadas derivadas de las actividades de mejora Continua

Experiência (experiência mínima requerida):

  • Ingeniería en Electrónica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Ingeneria Industrial, o Afin
  • 3 años de experiência en la industria de manufactura
  • Inglés Conversacional
