Your Role:

This role is a key change agent for optimization initiatives across the End-to-End Supply Chain markets. Responsibilities include providing direction and expertise to the assigned Market(s) Fulfillment team, focusing on areas like Warehousing and Transportation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Site Strategic Improvement Plan development considering an E2E vision.
  • Implement and lead operational excellence mechanisms based on Baxter Operating System.
  • Ownership of data Analytics to identify trends, risks, and focus areas.
  • Work with regional partners to ensure accurate Fulfillment performance representation.
  • Drive governance to minimize Fulfillment costs and support financial budgeting processes.
  • Implement recognition schemes to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

In addition, you'll be involved in various areas related to fulfillment like Team Leadership, market support, and financial budgeting.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in data-driven insights and process optimization.
  • Understanding of strategy deployment, performance measures, and financial/supply chain platforms.
  • Engagement in Transportation, Warehousing, and International Freight improvement projects.
  • Experience in engaging with logistics providers and corporate business environments.
  • Proficiency in English Language and Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Skills in process flow re-design, data-driven decision making, and problem-solving tools.
  • Financial acuity, Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skills, and critical thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and leadership expectations.
