Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
  • Analyze spending, identify savings, and enhance financial efficiency.
  • Maintain profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Work with team members to ensure accurate, uptodate financial data.
  • Assist in collections, ensure timely payments, and maintain client relations.
  • Create clear, concise financial memos and communications.
  • Actively seek to support the company beyond basic bookkeeping.
  • Learn new software like Salesforce to improve processes.
  • Manage spreadsheets, calculations, and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Keep financial information confidential and discreet.
