Industrial Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform, participate to inspections of products (Customer joint inspections included if applicable).
  • Build, implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans with REX of previous project execution (if applicable).
  • Ensure customer approval, documents validation & compliance of the manufactured products before shipping.
  • Perform Line Quality Animation with cross function team.
  • Trace Industrial KPI's
  • Manage problem solving.
  • Records inspection results in the industrial tools as required & performed followup.
  • Perform first characterization & manage NCR's for noncompliant products for internal and external responsibility.
  • Have ability to accepts or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support.
  • Support manufacturing teams regarding the selfinspection, delegation of control (Training, audit,) & Position Quality Animation with EPU manager.
  • Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
  • Participate in customer joint Inspections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the metalmechanical industry in manufacturing processes and quality systems, preferably with industrial or mechanical engineering or similar.
  • With a basic to intermediate level of English.
