The HRBP will be responsible for employee life cycle of the associates in Cognizant Mexico.

The person will carry out the following activities:
Performance Management

Promotion cycles

Employee Engagement

Disciplinary actions management

Knowledge management of HR documents

HR Communications and internal media sites updates

Foster strong Culture and Work Environment

Implement Corporate initiatives such as Outreach, Diversity & Inclusion, Go Green, etc.

Responsible for internal climate and Great Place to Work surveys

Internal Policies Creation and communication

Coach BUs leaders on Human Resources topics (labor reforms, process, etc.)

Conduct internal trainings

Absence management:
completing and signing inabilities

Reporting

Onboarding

Exit Procedures

Manage internal and external audits

Assist HR Compliance / Corporate Security Team during internal investigations
