DUTIES (Including but not limited to)
:Maintain and support the data integrity and organization of art and designs within the ERP system.

Support the implementation and development of our Digital Asset Management System.


Work closely with artists, licensing, sales, and other staff to ensure all art and designs are uploaded in a timely manner.

Correspond with artist regarding accuracy of art and all designs.
Ensure that all files are correctly structured to maintain integrity and usability of files. Work with your manager to review and implement new features and customizations for the ERP system.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and AI files
  • Must be detailoriented
  • Selfdriven, resultsoriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision
  • Ability to input data accurately and quickly
  • Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of popculture (preferred)
  • Flexible and adaptive
  • Clear, concise and helpful verbal and written communication

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND/OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Long hours of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer

From $12,800.00 per month
