Our client based in the inner south east, are seeking an individual to join their team as a Property Manager to step into a portfolio that has been fastidiously looked after. The incumbent is leaving for maternity leave (but this is not a mat leave position) and there will be plenty of time for hand over.

This company has a clear and highly visible strategy to provide excellent customer service and look after their team.

Your duties will include...

  • Delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
  • Managing rental arrears;
  • Routine inspections and outgoing inspections;
  • Maintenance requests;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

To succeed in this role you'll have...

  • Previous property management experience is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High levels of professionalism;
  • VCAT experience preferred
  • Previous client relationship or account management experience;
  • Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice or higher
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
  • Intermediate computer and digital literacy; and
  • A valid drivers licence and car
