Primary Responsibilities:

  • Close reviews on dealer network KPIS
  • Knowledge of different dealer network systems platforms for data extraction that must be presented in OEM center
  • Analyze dealer network and customers claims to launch new or improve actual quality programs.
  • Use analytical tools to identify out of line conditions and recommend solutions.
  • Review controls and advise group on effectiveness of the performance.
  • Ability to consult and understand process implementation
  • Creates detail contact reports
  • Documents all work
  • Monitors dealership performance and follows up as needed
  • Provides ongoing (phone & live) counseling and coaching as needed
  • Conduct pre-contact reconnaissance
  • Maintains professional ethics at all times
  • Develop action plans and present

Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of dealership operation related to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, persuasion, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy, experience with Windows, MS Office
  • High personal level of ethics
  • Strong PC skills to perform daily work (i.e. Office products, computer hardware, additional software)
