Job Description:

  • Trade Marketing expert and ambassador for internal and external stakeholders
  • Full knowledge and understanding of creative assets / retail style guides / brand guidelines and it's correct execution
  • Responsible for all trade marketing materials and activation approvals (retail / licensees).
  • Execution / Operation of retail programs:
  • Planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all retail activities and execution logistics
  • Creation and development of materials (via agency)
  • Fluent communication with retail accounts
  • Purchase information / bookings
  • Overall project management / supervision
  • Collaboration with the category teams (Fashion & Living, Toys and Food Beauty & Care) to support product lines and licensees
  • Management of all point of sales materials (budget, logistics, distribution, execution)
  • Coordination and management of 3rd party agencies (design, activation, POP material)
  • Control, management and correct execution of the retail / trade marketing budget. Focused on maximize the ROI. Own quarterly direct costs reviews with the finance team
  • Vendor management process (new vendors set up, POs, payments)
  • POS Data (gather of information, analysis and report)
  • Develop close relationships with buyers / marketing teams
  • Follow up and coach licensing agents across Latin America in all retail marketing initiatives (ideas, concepts and retail marketing materials)
  • Internal cross functional work with Franchise Marketing to elevate the consumer experience
  • Storecheck reports / Competition and best practices analysis (benckmarks)

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience

  • 5 + years of experience in Retail / Trade Marketing (FMCG, Entertainment, Licensing)
  • Strong knowledge of the retail environment
