Responsabilidades:
- Liderar y gestionar todas las operaciones en México.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de negocio que impulsen el crecimiento y la expansión en el mercado mexicano.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, socios y partes interesadas clave.
- Supervisar y optimizar el rendimiento financiero y operativo.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en roles de liderazgo y alta dirección dentro del sector Retail & Centros Logísticos.
- Indispensable haber gestionado operación mínimo de 150 unidades de negocio.
- Fuerte conocimiento del mercado mexicano y sus dinámicas. Con experiencia comprobada en liderar con éxito la apertura de múltiples unidades de negocio.
- Pensamiento estratégico y alto sentido de análisis.
- Habilidades excepcionales de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Capacidad para guiar y dirigir equipos de alto desempeño.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país, según sea necesario.
