Sobre la posición
Como React Developer, aprovecharás tu experiencia y conocimientos en el desarrollo de software para ayudar a llevar las soluciones de software que ofrece We Are The Robots Inc al siguiente nivel. Serás un miembro clave del equipo de ingeniería, desarrollarás front-end con código de alta calidad y serás parte de un equipo de producto con miembros en Colombia, Chile y México, desde la concepción de nuevas funcionalidades hasta su implementación.
Lo que harás
- Participarás en sesiones de planificación y retrospectivas para garantizar que los desarrollos tengan la programación y el alcance adecuados.
- Desarrollarás front-end para ejecutar los entregables del roadmap y así ayudar a nuestro producto a alcanzar el siguiente nivel.
- Planificarás y ejecutarás pruebas, documentarás procedimientos de pruebas para garantizar un alto grado de funcionalidad del producto.
- Te comprometerás con un trabajo de desarrollo personalizado basado en las necesidades del cliente.
- Consumirás APIs para integrar efectivamente el producto a los diversos escenarios que se presenten.
- Participarás en las revisiones del código de otros miembros del equipo.
- Colaborarás con el Analista de Control de Calidad en la resolución de problemas del código implementado.
- Colaborarás con los miembros del equipo para solucionar problemas y errores.
- Aprovecharás tu experiencia para asesorar a los miembros del equipo junior, compartir las mejores prácticas y brindar orientación a los demás.
- Te mantendrás al tanto de los desarrollos en aplicaciones web y lenguajes de programación.
Lo que estamos buscando
• Experiencia en el cargo de ingeniero de software con al menos tres años de experiencia en un ámbito profesional
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad de escuchar activamente, recibir instrucciones y mostrar empatía
• Habilidad en la definición del alcance de los proyectos y su planificación. Capacidad de administrar el tiempo y organizar los recursos
• Eficiencia en la construcción de relaciones con los miembros del equipo y la colaboración interfuncional
• Compromiso con la entrega de un trabajo de alta calidad
• Deseo de aprender y contribuir al crecimiento y desarrollo de los demás
• Comprensión y cómodo uso de HTML, CSS, JavaScript y en particular del framework React
Sería genial si tienes
• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o una experiencia educativa similar
