Job summary
- Responsible of Technical Training programs.
- Responsible to manage internal technical school.
Skills and Education- Bachelor degree in Engineering: Industrial, Electronics or Mechatronics preferable- English 80% (must have)- 3 years min of experience in training coordination inside industry- Knowledge on SMT Process, Soldering repair, SMT equipment maintenance (this requirement is a plus)
Essential job functions- Technical training design- Manage DL Training System- Training materials design (manuals, test, pamphlets, visual aids)- Internal Technical School Management: attract young talent; follow up their performance- Training process coordination- Maintain 6'S in training rooms- Design and administration of general forms (equipment load, check list)
