Application Development Analyst -BI

POSITION LOCATION

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Development and maintenance of existing automated processes to control the information from the

DWH and the cubes, which concentrate the monthly information processed, for the organization's decision making.

SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

  • Development of new requirements, automating the concentration of data in the DWH, according to the needs of each business area.
  • Provide users with reports and data extractions, which allow them to enrich the monthly analysis of the behavior of the insured portfolio and the decision making of the areas that make up the organization, allowing them to be efficient and agile, in the same way, for requests of information, related to the external regulation of the government authority and internal processes.
  • Development and maintenance of new and existing solutions that impact the DWH and cubes, according to the needs of the functional areas and existing processes.
  • Keep data dictionaries and their functional architecture assigned to the areas of the organization updated.
  • Keep the architecture of the functional processes related to the DWH updated and aligned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or Systems Engineering
  • Advanced english level (80%)
  • ETL architecture management. Years>=
  • Objectoriented, Structured, Modular, Concurrent, Functional and Logical Programming. Years>=
  • Knowledge of some development methodology that is oriented towards good practices. Years>=
  • PL-SQL programming. Years>=
  • Management of data analysis through UML. Years>=
  • DWH administration management. Years>=3

Desirable professional projection:

  • Ability to adapt to the use of new technologies.
  • Analytics to plan SW development estimates.
  • SCRUM implementation developer or agile methodology for SW development.
  • Implementation of some SW development architecture.
  • Implementation of some methodology with a unit and functional testing approach.
  • Data analysis, to implement new E-R models.
