Establecer pautas detalladas sobre lo que se debe verificar y cuáles son los estándares de calidad.
Actualice nuestro Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (Q4) con incidencias, correcciones y mejoras
Auditar nuestros sistemas según los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001: 2015
Determinar métricas de calidad para todos los procedimientos de fabricación.
Supervise todo el ciclo de producción y realice pruebas periódicas para identificar posibles averías lo antes posible
Inspeccione los materiales del producto y los sistemas eléctricos para detectar defectos y durabilidad.
Identificar la raíz de los problemas técnicos y recomendar soluciones.
Preparar informes sobre mal funcionamiento y acciones correctivas (por ejemplo, número de materias primas defectuosas por pedido)
Revise los planos actuales y la documentación de calidad.
Establecer y realizar un seguimiento de los objetivos de garantía de calidad
Coordinar con auditores y técnicos externos de control de calidad para garantizar el cumplimiento legal.
Trabajar con equipos internos para aumentar la satisfacción del cliente mejorando la calidad de los productos.
