Escolaridad:Técnico en electrónica, electricidad, electromecánica o carrera afín.
-
Experiência:Mas de 5 años de experiência en áreas de mantenimiento, proyectos, electrónica y automatización (software).
-
Habilidades:Análisis de problemas, comunicación efectiva, enfoque en calidad, aceptación al cambio, colaboración y enfoque al cliente.
-
Conocimientos: Conocimiento avanzado en Programación de PLC, HMIs e intermedio en redes de comunicación. Nível avanzado de control eléctrico, electricidad y electrónica. Nível Intermedio neumática, mecánica, electricidad y electrónica, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

  • Reportar cualquier tipo de incidente que ocurra dentro de LOM inmediatamente a las autoridades responsables. (Ejemplo, Jefe inmediato, Área de EHS, etc.)
  • Seguir los lineamientos establecidos conforme a las Políticas de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Calidad que se rigen dentro del Grupo LEGO.
  • Participar activamente en las actividades relacionadas al tema de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Calidad realizados en la Planta
(ejemplo:

Capacitación, simulacros, programas, etc.)

  • Cumplir con las directrices establecidas en los procesos de manera Global y Local para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 e ISO 9001


Cumplir en tiempo y forma los procesos y procedimientos establecidos relacionados con el cuidado y mantenimiento del medio ambiente, incluida la disposición correcta de los residuos seleccionados como reciclables así como dar buen uso de los recursos como el agua y la electricidad, reportar la falta de recursos para llevar a cabo los procesos de forma correcta y reportar sugerencias de mejora enfocados en el cuidado del medio ambiente.


Responsabilidades:

  • Garantizar el cumplmiento de los estándares de calidad de equipo (Machine directive/Machine safety), opcional: ser un miembro activo de algun area de primeros auxilios, rescate, o seguridad en maquinaria.
  • Dar soporte al personal de mantenimiento en fallas relacionadas con electronica, control, HMIs, redes industriales, automatizacion, en un nível intermedio.
  • Generar reportes que indiquen el avance de cada una de las actividades de proyectos, instalación o fallas en piso, para la toma de decisiones del área.
  • Soporte a Ingenieros en automatización cuando sea requerido en proyectos y/o juntas.
  • Dar soporte durante la ejecución de pruebas de aprobación y liberación de equipo.
  • Dar soporte durante la ejecución de proyectos de diseño de equipo.
  • Garantizar la entrega del equipo a producción en condiciones apropiadas asegurando la calidad del producto.
  • Participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos y equipo a nível local y global.
  • Solución de problemas críticos en máquina y software durante la instalación y operacion de equipo.
  • Toma de decisiones en instalacion y cumplimiento de actividades acorde a estandares.
