Job Description:
- Adminstra contratos de obra publica en sus diferentes modalidades (EPC, diseño, construccion, etc) tanto a precio alzado como precio unitario.
- Amplio conocimeinto en la ley de obra publica y sus reglamentos en Mexico.
- Asegura el cumplimiento de los requerimientos contractuales mediante la identificacion de los comprimisos, hitos y fechas relevantes, dando seguimiento a los mismos.
- Resposnable de la elaboracion de la comunicacion formal con el contratante/contratista.
- Con el apoyo del area de control documental, asegurar el correcto archivo fisico y electronico de la documentacion necesaria para el manejo del contrato hasta su entrega final.
- Lider en al atencion a las posibles auditorias al contrato/proyecto.
- Apoyo en la elaboracion de subcontratos.
- Amplio conocimento en dictamenes tecnicos y economicos asi como en la gestion de reclamos.
- Ampio conocimeinto en la gestion de convenios de ampliacion de monto/plazo.
- Conocimento en los procesos para estimaciones, precios extraordinarios y ordenes de cabmio.
- Amplio conocimento en manejo de bitacora en contratos de obra publica.
- Experiência + 7 años.
Deseable:
- Conocimiento idioma ingles.
- Gestion de riesgos.
