Gestionar recursos humanos y materiales dentro de la planta para la aplicación y gestión de Preventivos, Correctivos, TPM, Predictivos, con el objetivo de mantener en las mejores condiciones los equipos, máquinas e instalaciones de la empresa, maximizando la operación de los equipos Productivos, disminuyendo los imprevistos y paradas en equipos críticos, aumentando la eficiencia de los equipos y / o procesos, aplicando técnicas de mantenimiento apropiadas.

- Gestión del mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo y TPM - Administración del personal técnico y secretario - Administración y seguimiento de piezas críticas en fabricación crítica (almacén de mantenimiento).

- Mejoras en equipos productivos para aumentar la eficiencia de maquinaria y construcción. - Indicadores de seguimiento. MTBF, MTTR, DOWNTIME - Seguimiento y actualización de los procedimientos de mantenimiento. - Revisión diaria de solicitudes de trabajo para programar actividades diarias. - Revisión de la reunión diaria de indicadores. - Seguimiento y solución de problemas diarios en maquinaria o instalaciones. - Seguimiento de partes críticas. - Seguimiento de los planes de acción. - Actualización de los procedimientos de mantenimiento, - Actualización y mejora de las rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo.
