Required Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Master's degree will be added advantage
  • A graduate degree in business or MBA would be beneficial.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Minimum Five years' experience in process optimization, operations in Automotive Industry.
  • Ability to identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Savings projects knowledge
  • Ability to complete projects according to outline scope, budget, and timeline.
  • An excellent communicator with topnotch presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills specially with Microsoft Office
  • A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
  • Dynamic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, who is able to work well all levels of employees.
