Conocimientostécnicos indispensables:
- Asegurar la integridad del personal operando bajo la política de seguridad para prevenir actos y condiciones inseguras
- Administrar y optimizar la maquinaria, equipo, energéticos y consumibles para cumplir en tiempo con el programa de producción
- Administrar efectivamente al recurso humano del área. Responsable de llevar las capacitaciones y/o certificaciones de las competencias del personal a cargo.
- Administración de inventarios en proceso y reducción de desperdicio
- Ejecutar sus procesos basado siempre en los procedimientos establecidos de producción y calidad
- Administración efectiva y puntual de nómina de su personal a cargo
- Responsable de cumplir al 100% el programa de 5's del área
- Cumplir con las responsabilidades y actividades asignadas en los procedimientos del sistema de gestión de calidad
- Autoridad para priorizar cambios en la planeación de la producción.
- Autoridad para mandar a Cuarentena el material en caso de que Calidad cominique que potencialmente hay un producto no conforme
