Overview:
- This position is within the North America Group Purchasing Indirect Materials Process & Systems team.
- Acting as supporting role this position helps to ensure the best usage of our Processes, Systems and tools.
Primary tasks:
- Provide support for existing tools and best practices, as well as continuous training to improve user experience.
- Provide continuous education of Purchasing Policies and Procedures to the Purchasing community and internal stakeholders.
- Support on trouble ticket for CEOS for the region and backup support as needed in a global range.
- Support on rollout activities from Purchasingbusiness side on Spirit project for Automotive.
- Responsible for the future purchasing end to end platform solution activities from the business side and lead or contribute to the workstreams in design, build as well as implementation, rollout, training, and further development activities of the Purchasing Suite after its initial go live
- Identify, recommend and lead North America Group Purchasing Indirect Materials Process & System related projects, including review and update of procedures and work instructions as needed.
SECONDARY TASKS:
- Collaborate and/or support Global Process & systems initiatives on demand representing the North America region.
- Flexibility to lead and support special projects on demand.
Profile:
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology (or similar)
- 3+ year of professional experience in sourcing and supplier management. Knowledge / experience in operational purchasing processes is preferable
- Purchasing processes systems experience
- English speaking and writing
- Advanced
- Experience with SAP (MM module preferred)
- Ability to work independently and highly selfmotivated
- Excellent teamwork spirit and flexibility
- Willing and able to travel as needed ( VISA and Passport desirable)

- Providing support to the Purchasing community and all locations under the scope of NPM in North America region.
