ROLE SUMMARY:

• With more than 1,800 students, The American Institute of Monterrey (AIM), an Inspired school, currently has 3 campuses in Monterrey's metropolitan area: 2 campuses in San Pedro and 1 campus in Santa Catarina.
• Valle Oriente Campus provides full services from Prenursery through 9th grade.
• San Pedro Campus provides services from Prenursery through 5th grade.
• AIM Preparatory School offers 6th through 12th grades.
• The AIM has become a successful institution by aiming for excellence permanently since its foundation in 1968. For more than 50 years, AIM has been one of the most renowned privatebilingual schools in Mexico, assuring a quality prenursery through 9th grade education in an international context, while on 2017 the High School program (10th. through 12th. grades) was launched. This Authentic Products and Services are developed during students' specialized Academy classes in Engineering and Technology, Laboratory and Research, Business and Management as well as Arts and Humanities.
• The key purpose of this position is to ensure functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability, and efficiency of the built environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Sound qualifications (BA and/or MBA) in architecture, engineering, or similar

- - five - year experience in the supervision and control of maintenance and construction, ensuring functionality, safeguarding, and efficiency of buildings and the services of community activities.

• Strategically minded, people focused, problem solver, and analytically minded.
• Relations with contractors, permit processes.
• Office, Google Docs, AutoCAD
• English proficiency
