Planear y dirigir las iniciativas de business intelligence, visualización de datos y reportabilidad.

Funciones del cargo:

  • Definir los procesos y herramientas de recolección, análisis y visualización de datos.
  • Garantizar la calidad y actualización de la información.
  • Priorizar y planificar las solicitudes de información con las diferentes áreas de la organización.
  • Liderar y apoyar la generación de insights y mejoras de visualización para una óptima toma de decisiones.
  • Liderar el equipo a través de responsabilidades como: planificación, coordinación y supervisión del trabajo; reclutamiento, entrenamiento y coaching de miembros; análisis y gestión en base a KPIs, etc.

Requisitos:

Educación:
Estadística; Matemáticas; Computación e Informática; Ing. Comercial; Actuario o a fin

Experiência: 3+ años en business intelligence, reportabilidad, de preferencia en jefatura

Conocimientos:
Dirección de equipo, Bases de datos (SQL, No SQL), Data storytelling, ETL frameworks

Software:
Visualización (Tableau, Power BI o similar), Gestión de proyectos (Jira, Asana o similar)

Condiciones Oferta:

Sueldo neto mensual: 16000
