Intugo business partner is looking for a full time Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team.

The SEO Specialist primary goal will be to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic for our portfolio of law firm clients.


The SEO Specialist is responsible for reviewing website analytics data and adjusting campaigns, completing foundational SEO work on and offsite, and serve as the SEO customer interface to answer SEO questions, share results, review reports and complete local verifications.


The Specialist is responsible for reporting and analysis and providing action plans in an effort to provide tangible evidence of the value of SEO to the client and support sales in retaining our customers.

To succeed in this role, the SEO Specialist will need to be a self-starter who's able to roll up their sleeves to problem solve.

They will be flexible with the ability to pivot quickly, work effectively in a team as well as independently and communicate effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete SEO tasks within tasks' committed service level agreement.
  • Develop action plans, local business listings optimization and routine on and offsite audits.
  • Follow the campaign through its life cycle and complete audits and on and offsite fixes in order to keep the campaign performing at or above goals.
  • Communicating results and complex concepts in simple language to clients who may not have an indepth knowledge of search and how it works.

Relevant Skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to shift priorities easily.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into analytics and adjust campaigns quickly.
  • Selfmotivated, self starter that thrives working independently.
  • Highly organized with ability to meet aggressive task SLAs and 24 hour acknowledgement policy with clients and sales.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to foster departmental growth and partner with our sales and account management team.
  • Interest in current SEO best practices, as well as a desire to keep up with trends and new developments.
