Esta posición es responsable de los proyectos dedesarrollo e impulsa la excelencia tecnológica. Como miembro clave de nuestroequipo de ingeniería, desempeñará un papel decisivo en el diseño de sistemascomplejos, asesorará a ingenieros jóvenes y garantizará la entrega de solucionesde software de alta calidad.

1. Diseñar ydesarrollar aplicaciones de software escalables, seguras y de alto rendimiento.

2. Liderar lasdecisiones técnicas de planificación y arquitectura de nuevos proyectos.

3. Orientar a losingenieros junior, brindándoles orientación y apoyo para fomentar sucrecimiento profesional.

4. Colaborar conequipos multifuncionales para identificar requisitos, establecer prioridades ygarantizar el éxito del proyecto.

5. Impulsar la mejoracontinua en nuestros procesos y prácticas de desarrollo de software.

6. Mantenernos altanto de las últimas tendencias e innovaciones tecnológicas, incorporándolas anuestras soluciones para mantener nuestra ventaja competitiva.

2. Arquitectura desoftware y diseño de sistemas: sólido conocimiento de los principios de laarquitectura de software, los patrones de diseño y las mejores prácticas.Capacidad para diseñar sistemas escalables, seguros y robustos.

3. Liderazgo y gestiónde proyectos: experiencia en liderar proyectos de desarrollo, incluida laplanificación, priorización y ejecución. Capacidad para gestionar loscronogramas y recursos del proyecto de manera efectiva.

4. Tutoría:Habilidades para asesorar a ingenieros jóvenes, brindarles orientación y apoyarsu desarrollo profesional.

5. DevOps y CI/CD :dominio de las prácticas y herramientas de DevOps, comprensión de los canalesde integración y implementación continua y experiencia con herramientas deautomatización como J enkins, Docker y Kubernetes .

6. Control deversiones: dominio de los sistemas de control de versiones, como Git, incluidasestrategias de ramificación y flujos de trabajo colaborativos.

7. Habilidadesanalíticas y de resolución de problemas: Excelentes habilidades de resoluciónde problemas para abordar desafíos técnicos complejos. Fuertes habilidadesanalíticas para comprender y trabajar con sistemas y bases de código complejos.

8. Comunicación ycolaboración: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con lacapacidad de colaborar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales y articularconceptos técnicos a partes interesadas no técnicas.
