At Factorial we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst in our Barcelona office. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The role

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key sales metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the sales team to optimize sales processes and workflows, including lead management and pipeline management
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as pricing optimization, market segmentation, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies and goals.
  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives on systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.

Your Profile

  • Hubspot knowledge and previous experience on a similar position is a plus
  • Organization and attention to details is a must
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard
  • Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards and documenting processes
