PPG is in search of a Scrum Master to support two teams within the Global Custom Software Solutions Teams.

Applicants for the position will work with geographically diverse delivery teams to lead Agile teams with scrum processes and scrum meetings, reporting, troubleshooting and problem resolution to manage project related to new business and product programs.

This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Mexico and will report to Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate employees at multiple levels on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work.
  • Provide handson support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile and overall company growth and improvement.
  • Guide teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement and answering questions.
  • Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and new ideas within the agile teams.
  • Must embody the Agile principles and lead by example.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and leadership teams to provide excellent delivery.

Qualifications

  • English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization. (B1 CEFR)
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years' experience in Scrum and Agile
