¿Cuál es el propósito principal de esta posición?


Coordinar y supervisar la creación e implementación de las mejores estrategias y planes para Visitas Regionales, Globales y Áreas funcionales de la operación, siendo el punto de contacto y fusión de todas las estrategias operativas del site.

Generando valor agregado, a través de las diferentes áreas de la operación con el objetivo de tener visitas alineadas a la agenda y necesidades de las mismas, tomando en consideración las capacidades de nuestro FL, Mandos Medios, Equipo Gerencial y Directivos, enfocándose en la ejecución exitosa, logrando los siguientes objetivos:

  • Administra indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para el equipo de operaciones
  • Crea y gestiona la agenda y el marco de servicios
  • Exploración de seguridad y protección



¿En qué trabajarás?

  • Soportar los requerimientos y necesidades para atender cada visita (reglamentos y protocolos de seguridad e inocuidad)
  • Coordinador de proyectos innovación, tecnología y desarrollo en manufactura
  • Soporte en seguridad, protocolo y comunicación para visitas Regionales, Globales, Proyectos y acompañamiento operativo e innovación
  • Generar un protocolo operativo para la prevención de riesgos de las visitas y de los colaboradores
  • Estrategias para motivar a los equipos para alcanzar los objetivos de las visitas y resolver problemas operativos
  • Alinear y calendarizar las visitas y establecer planes de acción para el cumplimiento del protocolo
  • Soporte y acompañamiento al equipo operativo en site
  • Alinear requerimientos y politicas

Qualifications

  • Ing. Industrial, Lic. Administración, Relaciones Internacionales ,o a fin
  • Conocimiento Planta de Manufactura ( Supply Chain-Manufactura )
  • 3 años de experiência en Rol Similar
  • 1+ año de experiência operativa
  • Comunicación efectiva
  • Conocimiento de protocolos de seguridad
  • Conocimiento de protocolos de planificación, ejecución y control ( empresarial, social,oficial, diplomático )
  • Liderazgo de equipos
  • Industria 4.0
  • Inglés avanzado Conversacional ( Must)
