Externamente, se podrá relacionar con clientes actuales, prospectos de clientes, proveedores, contrapartes y autoridades.
Resumen de la Posición
Esta posición está basada en la Ciudad de México y el objetivo principal es dar apoyo a Socios y Asociados en asuntos jurídicos y de desarrollo de negocio concernientes a una firma de servicios legales multinacional.
Principales responsabilidades y funciones
- Redactar documentos legales de todo tipo.
- Llevar a cabo investigaciones jurídicas y preparar proyectos de escritos más complejos para ser revisados por abogados más experimentados.
- Realizar análisis básico para la estructuración legal de asuntos y detección de riesgos.
- Participar junto con personal de niveles superiores y en ocasiones de forma independiente, en reuniones y conferencias con clientes, contrapartes y autoridades (sin que dichos contactos incluyan negociaciones sin supervisión).
- Coordinar grupos de trabajo de pasantes en procesos de auditoría y ser responsable de efectuar la primera evaluación de la información para identificar riesgos.
- Ser responsable de asuntos que lleva con supervisión.
- Organizar adecuadamente su tiempo para cumplir sus responsabilidades.
- Ser responsable de la supervisión del seguimiento de gestiones con clientes, autoridades y contrapartes.
- Delegar y supervisar trabajo que corresponda, por su complejidad, a niveles inferiores.

- Titulado en Derecho
- Experiencia laboral en la práctica Corporativa y Bancaria.
