Position Purpose:

Required Skills:

  • Support the development and execution of Microsoft 365 / Azure roadmaps, services, and strategy.
  • Act as Microsoft 365/ Azure SME and escalation point of contact.
  • A clear understanding of the Cloud Services deployment model.
  • Implement Cloud solutions and supporting various stages of deployments and testing processes.
  • Microsoft Exchange administration and support (02 years minimum)
  • Microsoft Office support (02 years minimum)
  • Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Computing methodologies. (02 years minimum)
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize MS 365 functionality and user experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global technology environment (02 years minimum)

  • Network troubleshooting

  • DNS and Group policies

Requirements:

Bachelor in a technology or similar career.
