What you will do:

Perform, check and evaluate new product design to manufacture in the plant, conducting the necessary analysis an information for its manufacturing following the PDP.

Diligently perform the evaluation of the new products to manufacturing and assembling based on JCMS and plant capabilities and capacities (Production Redline Review Analysis).

Implement a new products and EC Product design taking in consideration JCMS principles (layout, balance of line, process capacity) and capabilities and capacities of the plant.

Develop, maintain and control product information such as drawings, bill of materials dxfs, etc.

How you will do it:

  • Give ergonomic solutions for the product and the process from product design.
  • Develop savings projects VA.
  • Coordinate and control Engineering information in the SAP System, and provides consultancy to the Product Engineers in the usage of this tool as a super user.
  • Participate actively in the development of Warranty reduction strategies.
  • Daily relationship with support Departments.
  • Ensure that the cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory.
  • Support continues improvement initiatives within the production and others departments.
  • Innovative and creative problem solver focused in continuous improvement, Analytical skills on important and critical issues, Demonstrated success on the project using innovation, adaptability, team work, communication and self-motivation.
  • Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.
  • Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor (Mechanical / Industrial or mechatronics) degree.
  • English > 70 %.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in statistics, continues improvement, negotiations, samples, etc.
  • Professional recognition and industry networking are desired and speak to large audiences.
  • Able to lead and direct diverse teams, like team work a plus.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time, strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
