Control Tower Officer

• Analysis for granting of different government federal and local permits, certifications and/or licenses to operate (i.e. Civil Protection, Private Security, Safety at Workplace, etc.).

• Validations and support to the logistics of the operation
• Offer solutions to the issues that may affect the ETA or ETD of the shipment,
• Report incidences to LAICA and coordinate the correct report of a protocol
• Inform about delays due to traffic, accidents, mechanical/medical issues that may affect the ETA and offer solutions always thinking in security and considering the logistics goals
• Be updated on the routes, and zones considered Hotzones areas, to take decisions
• Administrate departures from origins considering Hotzones and the risk time frame
• Support shift supervisor with WOs from Nike
• Take decisions based on the criteria within the process

• Experience in security (desirable a year)
• Experience in logistics (desirable a year)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams and stakeholders
• High tolerance to frustration
• Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and alerts
• Familiarity with incident response procedures
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
