Competencias Técnicas:

  • Competencias Técnicas:
  • Gestionar toda la operación administrativa de tienda y coordinación de prioridades en la operación de acuerdo a los objetivos definidos
  • Schedulling (Horarios de trabajo).
  • Nominas y gestión de pagos.
  • Gestion proveedores (limpieza, mantenimiento, etc).
  • Gestion de programas y standards de HR.
  • Gestion comunicación.
  • Staff dress.
  • Programas de Loss Prevention y seguridad.
  • Gestion procesos manejo efectivo, depósitos bancarios, etc.
  • Coordina nuevos onboardings, entrenamiento y integración.
  • Garantizar métricos

¿Mi perfil se ajusta a la vacante?:

  • Pasión por el deporte
  • Gusto por las ventas y el servicio al cliente
  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en Retail (Tiendas departamentales, tiendas de ropa, autoservicio, etc.)
  • Haber tenido experiência liderando un equipo (personas a cargo)
  • Orientación a trabajar en equipo y enfoque en resultados
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para alineación con todo el equipo
  • Preferentemente vivir cerca de la tienda
