Entender las necesidades de los clientes a partir de la data de nuestro producto, proponer cambios y trabajar con los equipos de producto y tecnología para transformar nuestra app en el mejor banco digital de México; para lograrlo, necesitarás entender la experiência de los usuarios de manera profunda, usar esta data para proponer mejoras e influenciar la toma de decisiones de distintos stakeholders.


Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

  • Analizar y mejorar indicadores de CX como Contactabilidad, Deflection Rate, Experiência en el funnel de la app, Customer Satisfaction, Automatización, NPS.
  • Crearás contenido valioso que le servirá a miles de nuestros usuarios a mejorar su experiência y ser autosuficientes con nuestra app
  • Proponer soluciones con alto impacto en problemas y funcionalidades self service. Será clave medir estas soluciones
  • Participar en la construcción del producto con soluciones innovadoras con Inteligencia Artificial, Help Center intuitivo y contenido a la medida de cada usuario
  • Participar de focus groups sobre User Experience y comunicarte directamente con los usuarios para obtener insights
  • Encontrar oportunidades de mejora en la experiência del usuario, analizando procesos y flujos de las respectivas áreas
  • Crear procesos para solucionar problemas uno a uno y de raíz
  • Pensar siempre en el cliente como eje central de tu trabajo, logrando la satisfacción de este.
  • Demostrar proactividad, curiosidad y ganas de crear la mejor experiência

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiência en Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Growth, o afines.
  • Formación académica en ingeniería industrial, administración de empresas, marketing, ingeniería de sistemas, o afines.

Software:

  • Excel (Intermedio: funciones de búsqueda, analítica, tablas dinámicas, gráficos dinámicos)
  • SQL (básico: SELECT, FROM, WHERE, SUM, COUNT, HAVING, AND, OR, Funciones de texto básicas, Funciones de fecha básicas, Funciones numéricas básicas)
  • Conocimiento alto y manejo de herramientas de UX y Product Design como Figma, UX Cam, entre otros.
