Duties and Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, standardize and enforce code quality, standard convention and best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Architect and provide technical design and guidance to engineers.
- Create performant CSS animations.
- Work with product owners and project managers to break down high-level goals into tasks and timelines and to resolve issues.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or similar
- 8-10 years of professional software development primarily on frontend
- 5 years of React/Redux and Jest experience
- Experience in responsive web design and cross-device compatibility issues
- Experience writing and maintaining automated unit test cases with Jest
- Work in an Agile development environment (Scrum & Kanban) with Continuous Delivery
- Experience developing software with a team in a professional and collaborative environment
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized thought process
- Strong debugging, profiling, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build high-quality products
Preferred
- Experience with NodeJS with Express backend and Python serverless function development
- Experience with microfrontend and microservices
- Experience with Azure, JFrog, or similar CI/CD best practices
- Experience using both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience leading 1-3 engineers
- Knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, and Unity SDKs development
