Sales Operations Specialist:

Join our team This position provides support to the Sales organization on general sales-related matters, business policy, and procedural issues.

May assist in the development of new tools used by the sales organization.

About the Role
In this opportunity as a
Sales Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Act as a sales advisor within the Deal Desk team.
  • Assist the sales team with structuring complex agreements (Deal structuring).
  • Evaluate the necessary approvals for proposals to clients and gather these approvals.
  • Finalize proposals and contracts based on approved terms.
  • Serve as the point of contact for approvals within the company.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations.
  • Facilitate intermediate negotiation with legal and the client.
  • Manage contract signing.

About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least between 3 to 5 years of experience doing similar activities.
  • Organization and sense of priority.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word and Excel.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
  • Ease of use with internal systems/ERP.
