Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education.

Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

Subfamily Description
Systems Integration (SIN) contains the integration and customization of Nokia solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements. Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description.

Covers customer specific solution and software design, development, implementation, unit testing and verification of hardware, platform, software, and systems including maintenance support.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contributes to, and improve Systems Integration (SI) delivery process.
  • Creates architecture, design, implementation plan for complex projects and technical infrastructure documents.
  • Owns rollback, migration and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Interfaces with product lines, solution management and project management teams.
  • Contributes to communities, team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Documents knowledge using available tools for EG discussion forum, solution database, Yammer, Sharepoint, ShareNet, ShareInside.
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes and services.
  • Has indepth organisational and relevant market knowledge and uses understanding on how relevant areas can be integrated to achieve objectives.
  • Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area.
  • Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
  • Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organisational unit.
  • Acts as a professional leader for staff / workteam / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource within own organisational unit and / or is recognised as an expert within the same professional area in the business.
  • Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles daytoday staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.

Knowledge & Experience
Typically requires 15-20 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) Telecommunications or Computer Science Degree.

Client Management experience

Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth).

3 or more years experience in GPON Domain Knowledge.

3 or more years experience in NOKIA FN products such as SDAN, Fixed wireless access, Home wifi.

3 or more years experience in RedHat OpenShift Container Platform and Expertise with Kubernetes.

5 or more years experience skills and abilities to deploy OpenShift Container Platform in both public and private cloud.

Knowledge and/or experience of any virtualization platform (VMware, KVM, virtual box)

English advanced to fluent proficiency.

Nice to have Good to have: knowledge on other cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google cloud (Openshift, AWS, Azure)
