If you are ready to bring top-notch skills, come and join the treasury team as an Invoice To Cash Data Analyst Lead. You will support the ITC function by providing Global Reporting tools to enhance visibility, turning data into valuable insights to support business decisions for the Invoice to Cash (ITC) Process. Discover creative methods to collect, transform, organize, model, deploy, and present data from various sources, utilizing tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Collaborate with both internal and external customers to identify trends that assist teams in conducting root cause analyses and offering solutions to address high-level financial needs and ensure operational efficiency. Possess a solid grasp of SAP ECC and BW, comprehending the correlation between different tables within the Accounts Receivables module for all regions.

This hybrid role is based in Querétaro with a schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with the potential for adjustments. Depending on your performance, there will be opportunities for professional growth.   • Analysis: Comprehend the logic and processes related to cash application, deductions, and collections to translate business needs into practical visual tools, evaluating technical requirements to align with strategic business goals and provide lasting solutions.
  • Innovation: Identify and support opportunities for improvement within the ITC team through data analysis and trending.
  • Consolidation: Scrutinize and streamline databases in collaboration with IT, other GBS departments, and external vendors to report and establish strategies for future dashboards in Tableau and upcoming developments in Power BI.
  • Project Work: Engage with internal and external clients at all levels to recognize trends, suggest strategies, and address business challenges.

We are Looking for Someone With

  • Graduate degree in business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing reporting solutions using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
  • Proficiency in systems and integrations: Power tools, Automate, Forms, Workflows, and SharePoint, as well as familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, HANA, ECC, BW.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes, including invoice to cash or source to pay.
  • Excellent communication skills: the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, work successfully in a diverse environment, and build relationships with a global team across multiple time zones.
