Sr Analyst II IT Dev

This position is for the person responsible for maintaining a stable plant floor environment aligned with Manufacturing Business area needs.
Support MES new implementations working with MES Global team to provide best approaches for adding value to manufacturing processes by implementing solutions that includes, but not limited to, AI/ML tools.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• MES:
o Implement Best practices on existing MES: Work on implement as much as possible standard procedures for current global MES practices.
o Update/upgrade existing system: Implement/ development of patches and enhancements to the current environment and/or Software updates if required. Work in coordination with other MES analyst(s) to keep software version standards globally.
o Business requests: Implement enhancements to current MES apps including solution for new Label Formats requested by customers.


• AI/ML:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions.
o Develop test and deploy AI models to enhance the functionality of software products.
o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to AI models and algorithms.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Efficiency in delivering solutions within specified timelines.

• High code quality ensuring maintainability and scalability of the solutions.

• Effectiveness of the AI models/solutions developed

• Contribution to team goals and overall projects success.

• Participation in development/AI related training and courses.

• Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.

Critical experiences required to be ready for this job:

• Knowledge on SQL, visual studio, development tools.

• Strong knowledge on r, phyton or C#

• Practical experience with AI and machine learning concepts and methodologies.

• Knowledge of AI models and/or neural networks

• Knowledge of AI libraries and frameworks such as Tensorflow or PyTorch

• Knowledge of AI tools such as pandas, numpy, etc.
