Main Activities
- Management inventory metrics, current SMO RSV +$1M, WIP customer owned value and age increase.
- Exchanges and scrap replacements, to meet 2023 goal of +$2.5M
- Military reconciliations send to MSO office from TF33, F108 LPT and LM2500 aligned with CAVAF.
- CIMS cores RFQ, purchase, FMV inquiry and return owed cores from a previous exchange.
Job Duties:
- To analyze, expose and identify actions that help achieve key inventory metrics such as value, turns, SMO RSV, age and sales.
- Elaborate inventory budgets and forecast as required from value and SMO.
- Maintain constant communication with the customer service area to together offer material solutions to meet TAT, special customer requirements and reduce our inventory.
- Coordinate with CMS for smooth parts supply chain flow to meet contract/replacement and exchange requirements and CMS consigned inventory at CSW.
- Monitoring and validation of inventory recon from military and commercial programs.
- Monitoring and followup to achieve direct time collection metrics in ERP and execute net realizable inventory value exercise.
- Know and understand the relationship and impact of inventory with the other ERP modules
- RFQ & POR process to acquire cores from CIMS for a costumer solution.
- Follow POR approval process as required.
- Procure yield performance and scrap rate results, based on SIOP customer forecast.
- Manage CSW pool thru IC requirements and reclassification. Follow up with Planning and OPS ECD from pool cores. T1 visits to review CSW pool progress.
- Active participation on backlog meetings to support any material inquiry.
- Review in a daily basis incoming packing slips to identify any exchange offer and validate thru CS.
- Execute any inventory reverse transaction approved & required for a 2nd evaluation (scrap), required by engineering & QC.
- Internal orders for Chromalloy pool in as removed condition and salvage programs
Requisitos:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- English (90% conversational and written).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience: In Inventory Management and ERP Systems.
- Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
- Office Management, Especially Excel Medium level.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
