El/la Ingeniero(a) de OE es responsable de la elaboración de planos de detalle, planos de ensamble, listas de materiales, administración de códigos de parte con base en la normativa API 682, API 614, ASME Sección XIII División 1, especificaciones del cliente y de Flowserve; así como realizar cálculos, selección de materiales y dar soporte técnico a los clientes internos y externos, asi como dar soporte en sitio para aclarar dudas técnicas y/o de funcionamiento de los equipos.
Actividades del puesto:
Elaboración de dibujos de ensamble y de parte, con sus respectivas listas de materiales (BOM). Y en caso de que aplique DTI
actualización de los planos, diseños y lista de materiales (BOM).
Elaboración de ingeniería inversa.
Asistencia técnica a nuestros clientes a través de seminarios, presentaciones y visitas a campo.
Soporte técnico a las áreas internas de planeación, compras, logística, manufactura, calidad y ventas.
Generación y mantenimiento de bases de datos existentes en el departamento de OE
Entregar toda la documentación de acuerdo a los requerimientos del cliente.
Cuando se encuentre en un servicio a campo tendra que documentar las actividades en reportes de servicio a campo y entregarlas una vez finalizado el servicio a la Supervisión OE y/o Gerencia de Ingeniería
Asistencia para dimensionamiento de equipo ya sea en las instalaciones de los clientes o en campo con el fin de abrir más mercado y ofertar mejores soluciones de sellado.
Leer y entender todos los requerimientos, normas, instrucciones de trabajo,contratos, órdenes de compra y metodologías que el cliente tenga dentro de sus instalaciones de trabajo.
Reportar e informar en tiempo y forma al Supervisor OE y/o Gerencia de Ingeniería cualquier situación que ponga en riesgo el proyecto tanto monetaria como funcionalmente y que pueda traer en consecuencia cualquier problema de garantía o legal a Flowserve.
Cuando el/la Ingeniero(a) sea asignado como Checker será responsable de la revisión de los dibujos, lista de materiales, planos de ensamble y de detalle.
Leer y entender todos los procedimientos y políticas internas y corporativas de Flowserve.
Aplicar las herramientas CI para la mejora continua dentro del departamento.
Dar cumplimiento a las políticas, procedimientos y programas establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión Sustentable, Seguridad, Calidad, Responsabilidad Social y Medio Ambiente aplicables en su área de trabajo.
Detener cualquier acto inseguro o actividad que no cumpla con los requerimientos mínimos de seguridad dentro y fuera de las instalaciones de nuestros clientes y que estén siendo cometidos por contratistas a nuestro cargo o por colaboradores de Flowserve.
Actuar ética y responsablemente de acuerdo a nuestras filosofías dentro de la empresa y cuando se encuentre en comisiones laborales dentro de las instalaciones de nuestros cliente.

Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, o afín
Formación Profesional:
Diseño mecánico, Automatización, Instrumentación y Control, Administración de Proyectos, Materiales, Fluidos
Formación Profesional Avanzada:
Diseño mecánico, Administración de Proyectos
Experiência Laboral
Industria Metalmecánica 1 año mínimo o
Administración de proyectos 1 año mínimo, o
Equipo rotativo 1 año mínimo, o
Diseño mecánico 1 año mínimo o
