Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and committed Tier One Customer Support Agent to become a valuable member of our remote workforce. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial contact for our clients, managing inquiries through email and phone communication. Your key responsibilities will encompass addressing user concerns, supplying pertinent information, and guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with user inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally
- Deliver clear and precise information to users
- Diagnose and resolve user issues effectively
- Accurately document user interactions in our system
- Work in tandem with team members to assure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Minimum B2 level of English proficiency

Availability:
We are looking for an individual willing to work on weekends and three evenings during the week to enhance our support hours and assist clients beyond regular schedules. This position is full-time, with hours distributed throughout the week.
Selection Process:
All prospective candidates are required to complete a brief test assignment in addition to submitting their CV. This will allow us to evaluate your competencies and identify suitable candidates for interviews.
