We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Caller that is customer service oriented to work closely with a team of recruiters at our NEW Office in Aguascalientes, MX.

The caller will be assisting with recruiting activities like high volume calls and building candidate relationships to support the daily functions.

Job Duties:
Contact and schedules applicant interviews with site Staffing SpecialistCompletes screening and recruiting efforts for sites, as assignedClearly communicate job responsibilities to candidatesCreates updates and maintains documents/logs and reports using ATS and ExcelAssisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as neededMinimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalentMust be Bilingual English/SpanishEnglish must be Senior level fluent Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
