YOUR ROLE:
- Realizar el seguimiento de órdenes de compra con proveedores internacionales con base al INCOTERM negociado por compras para proveer el servicio óptimo.
- Planificar y dar seguimiento con agentes de carga y agentes aduanales de las entregas en tiempo y forma mediante llamadas para el aseguramiento de la producción.
- Dar seguimiento al ingreso de inventarios mediante el uso de SAP asegurando el material pueda usarse para producción.
- Actualizar y dar seguimiento a la matriz de control interno para importaciones mediante un archivo Excel logrando tener datos cuantitativos del departamento.
- Gestionar cotizaciones y asignación de transportes comparando las tarifas de los diferentes transportes teniendo como objetivo la entrega de los materiales en tiempo, pero contemplando la relación del costo.
- Revisar y analizar la documentación tomando como base los procedimientos internos y ley aduanera para asegurar el proceso de importación correcto logrando evitar multas con la autoridad aduanal.
- Revisar las cuentas de gastos/ facturas identificando costos extras no reconocidos y aprobados para evitar el aumento del Budget por producto.
- Revisar y llenar los Manifiestos de Valor (MV) y hojas de cálculo (HC) siguiendo la normativa de la ley aduanera para tener completo el archivo documental en una auditoría.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Dominio de Inglés.
- Conocimiento de Ley Aduanera e INCOTERMS.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, Excel Intermedio.
- Conocimiento de moddalidades de transporte aéreo, marítimo y terrestre.
