Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation through the transition to operations. Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal execution of all cutover, change management and end user adoption activities associated with a release. Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing risks and issues.
  • Setup and run all project related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks and act the primary point of contact for all project related escalations. Responsible for communications with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project.
  • Direct daytoday activities of projects and team members in a global matrixed organization. Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing risks and issues.
  • Ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools and practices. Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
  • Alternatively, may support the provision of services that contribute to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio, including development and implementation of project management standards and training, portfolio reporting and analytics, project management resourcing services, etc.
  • Provide transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion.
Own project status, issues and risks through appropriate channels / tools and ensures that these are reported back to agreed project governance (example:
Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.

  • Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams, IT Functions and Domains in the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project.
  • Understand the business direction and act as a customer advocate to align strategy to scope of the IT project, and drive measurable expected results aligned with business process and solution standards.
  • Work crossfunctionally to partner with large enterprise programs to support regional deployment project activities from planning, deployment through change management.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline. Advanced degree, PMP and Agile certification a plus.
  • 510 years IT project management experience leading large cross functional projects in large global complex corporate environment.
  • 5+ years' experience working on enterprise Commercial capability projects with global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Life Science or Pharma Industry experience a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management skillset and tools, Waterfall/ Agile methodologies, analyzing stakeholder requirements, facilitating timely decision making, aligning people and resources, mentoring junior team members, leading, and facilitating meetings with the business, management of communications, budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, change requests, and quality. Experience with software development lifecycle.
  • Desirable Experience in Salesforce
  • Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Veeva CRM, Drupal or other CMS.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, drive decisions, manage ambiguity and plan alternatives. Hands on experience leading Change Management workstreams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for bridging across diverse, cross functional, multinational, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Jira, Service Now
  • English Fluent.
