SVP ATMs Ops Support & Readiness es un puesto de nível Senior a cargo de lograr resultados mediante la administración de un equipo de alto desempeño, en un esfuerzo por brindar los mejores Níveles de Servicio en la Red Nacional de ATMs a nuestro clientes, en coordinación con los equipo de Negocio y Tecnología.


El objetivo general de este rol es garantizar la entrega perfecta de servicios de ATMs, teniendo los controles adecuados para garantizar la correcta implementación de proyectos, mejoras, nuevas herramientas y procesos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Diseña, supervisa y evalúa estrategias operativas para tener procesos eficientes, mejorar el nievel de servicio de la red de ATMs, la experiência del cliente y reducir pérdidas para la institución, así como la detección oportuna de riesgos y la adeciada mitigación de los mismos.
  • Diseña estrategias que generen mejoras.
  • Revisa procesos, procedimientos, cambios de estrategia y planes de capacidad para garantizar la productividad, el control de inventario y el tiempo de respuesta según los Acuerdos de nível de servicio (Service Level Agreements, SLA).
  • Supervisa todas las políticas y los procedimientos implementados para garantizar que las operaciones se realicen dentro de las normas de más alta calidad, que se minimicen los riesgos regulatorios y de fraude y que los clientes tengan una experiência positiva.
  • Desarrolla propuestas para todas las iniciativas y comunicar oportunidades y progreso en comparación con la propuesta de manera concisa y oportuna al senior leadership
  • Brinda criterios en función del análisis de hechos y un diverso rango de fuentes internas y externas en situaciones complicadas, únicas y dinámicas.
  • Negocia a nível interno y comunicar el informe de la gerencia a la gerencia sénior, y recomienda el siguiente curso de acción.
  • Participa en proyectos de mejora con partes interesadas internas y externas.
  • Trabaja con los directores de línea sénior para identificar oportunidades y comunicar conclusiones y análisis al senior leadership.
  • Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

Calificaciones:

  • Más de 6 años de experiência relevante.
  • Experiência en puestos gerenciales relacionados con la función de Operaciones.
  • Experiência en Banca o Finanzas.
  • Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.

Educación:

  • Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.
  • Preferencia de maestría.
