Business Process Management Sr Specialist
Mexico

As an Internal Specialized Consultant in the Business ProcessManagement (BPM) Center of Expertise, you will play a crucial role inStrengthen Nissan Processes and Procedures reliance and governancewhile optimizing organizational processes to enhance efficiency,agility, and overall performance.


Act as a change agent in theorganization using Lean Six Sigma and agile principles to map,identify, implement and sustain improvement opportunities, as well asmitigate risks, making sure every process is standardized and properlydocumented.

This is a partially remoterole.

Responsibilities:

  • Define scope, objectivesand estimated benefits of process improvement projects
  • Executeand manage the project from start to finish, including processassessment and mapping (using visual diagrams), identification andanalysis of strengths, weaknesses and improvement opportunities,solutions proposal and implementation support to ensure the benefitdelivery.
  • Track, monitor, and report regularly on project status;monitor process improvement milestones to ensure ontime completionand sustainability. Elaborate timely, detailed summaries andhighlevel reports.
  • Lead informationgathering workshops toanalyze opportunities, define action plan, increase engagement andremove roadblocks.
  • Facilitate process design, collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to accommodate new business processdesigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities within theorganization and provide consultation services to clients, sharingproven approaches for improvement solutions.
  • Use Lean and SixSigma methodology (i.e., value stream mapping, Kaizen, root causeanalysis) to support the functions solving problems and identifyingopportunities that drive operational improvement.
  • Facilitatetraining sessions to foster continuous improvement culture, root causemindset and develop capability in the organization
  • Acts asoverall continuous improvement ambassador and actively support thechange to coach and promote the use of new methods to driveefficiencies and standardization across the company.
  • DevelopsKPI's and metrics to assess improvement opportunities and measurelater the improvement attributable to process redesign in terms of itsspecific outputs.
  • Collaborate with IS/IT leaders to validate theappropriate solutions, design the future state and align theimplementation of ISdependent major automation (RPA, SystemEnhancement, etc.). Ensure projects and benefits are deliveredsuccessfully. Drive Quick Wins.
  • Ensures that the proper Processmethodologies, improvement analysis, and factbased/datadrivendecisionmaking are effectively applied throughout theprojects.

MinimumQualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrialor Process Engineering, Business Administration, or relateddiscipline.

Years of Experience:

  • 3+ years ofhandson experience in
    Process mapping / Business Process Management/ Continuous Improvement:
  • Experience in
    Shared ServicesCenter environment desirable.
  • Strong business analysiscompetency with historic success in shaping opportunities viaconceptual thinking and problemsolving capabilities
  • Experiencein Project Management and Processes Improvement initiatives
  • Experience in facilitating Continuous Improvement training
  • Solidunderstanding of internal control principles and implications
  • Experience in process automation (RPA, RDA, AI, Chatbot,etc.)

Job Knowledge and Skills:

Language:

English- Advanced

Portuguese - Intermediate(desirable)

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient withMicrosoft Office
  • Power Bi, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automateknowledge (desirable)
  • Process Mining Tool(desirable)

Specific Course/Certifications

  • Lean SixSigma certification (YB, GB, BB) desirable
  • Business ProcessManagement or Continuous Improvement Specialization desirable
  • Process mapping and improvementbackground
