Position Summary:

Lead development and execution of new strategies in the digital ecosystem of Mexico aftermarket across passenger car, commercial vehicle, and industrial markets.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Primary and secondary research on market sizes, shares of players, existing business models and customer journeys, key trends, pervasive problems with commercial value, opportunities for disruption.
  • Utilize research outcomes to define the ZF market and product strategy that is aligned and synergistic with the higherlevel business strategy.
  • Financial business case development and approvals
  • Create strategy execution project plans with well defined attributes (business outcomes, timing, costs, milestones)
  • For new digital products in the aftermarket across multiple markets, conduct productmarket fit analysis.
  • Prospect new customers, manage opportunity pipeline, manage customer relationships, sales management.
  • Documentation and disciplined communication on projects and sales pipelines, including escalations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Ability to work independently and in ambiguous or new situations.
  • Experience in market analysis and evaluating productmarketfit
  • Ability to create and track progress against business value driven metrics.
  • Proven ability to present projects and research through presentations with digestible detail and support.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude & strong business acumen

Preferred Skills and experience:

  • Relationship building skills inside and outside the organization
  • Experience in development of complex strategies and successfully managing execution
  • Experience working directly or indirectly around installers (ex. Repair workshops) and fleet customers in any of the target markets (passenger car, commercial vehicle, industrial)
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair activities in any of the target markets
  • M&A experience

Reporting to Position:

  • Reports to NA Head of Digital Business Line and Mexico Head of Business
  • Works closely with global digital product, sales and development teams, regional sales leaders, external partners.
