• Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Ensure tooling availability in order to comply with production plan
• Effectively lead and administrate technical resources, team members (supervisors and technicians)
• Executes process and tooling related standards to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Proactively participate in analysis regarding corrective actions and/ or continuous improvement
• Conducts periodical reviews and audits to promote a safe and world quality workplace
• Your Skills & Strenghts:
• Engineering degree
• Fluent english (desirable)
• Proven experience in automotive industry, preferably in Tier 1 environment (+15 years)
• Previous experience in injection molding (+10 years)
