Warehouse Coordinator

  • Manage a U$D 35M warehouse.
  • Manage the organization of the equipment and ensure all job preparations are accurate and supervise a team of technicians and operators.
  • Ensure equipment is carefully stored and organized in the warehouse.
  • Take responsibility for the daytoday running and organization of the warehouse.
  • Preserve a tidy, safe and efficient working environment.
  • Load and unload material from vans and trucks.
  • Use advanced equipment within the warehouse.
  • Ensure warehouse and job preparation paperwork is accurately completed, processed and stored.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ensures that the whole process and materials are being reflected on the system.
  • Responsible for the inventory accuracy and follow up.
  • Responsible for the shipment coordination, such as sales, stock transfer or vendors.
  • Autonomous performer in complex environments
  • Able to operate highly complex equipment used in the processes.
  • Be autonomous in proposing actions intended to improve processes.

You are meant for this job if:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical bachelor's degree
years of experience

  • English language is valued.
  • SAP Environment Experience
  • Leadership and Good interpersonal relationship.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

60% Office environment, computer, meetings, etc.
40% Warehouse environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Seated at a desk during office tasks.
Frequently walking and stand during the warehouse rounds.
