RESPONSABILIDADES:
Gestión de la producción:
- Supervisar las actividades de producción diarias para garantizar el cumplimiento de los cronogramas y objetivos de producción.
- Monitorear las métricas de producción, como el rendimiento, el tiempo del ciclo y las tasas de desperdicio, y tomar acciones correctivas según sea necesario.
- Coordinar con los planificadores de producción para priorizar las órdenes de producción y asignar recursos en consecuencia.
Liderazgo de equipo:
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos de producción para lograr objetivos de desempeño y fomentar una cultura de mejora continua.
- Proporcionar entrenamiento, capacitación y retroalimentación a los miembros del equipo para mejorar las habilidades y el desempeño.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa, normas de seguridad y estándares de calidad.
Mejora continua:
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora de procesos y ahorro de costos en las operaciones de producción.
- Implementar principios de manufactura esbelta, 5S y otras metodologías de mejora continua para optimizar los procesos de producción.
- Liderar y participar en equipos y proyectos multifuncionales para impulsar iniciativas de excelencia operativa.
Seguro de calidad:
- Colaborar con equipos de control de calidad para garantizar que los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad y los requisitos del cliente.
- Implementar medidas de control de calidad, inspecciones y auditorías para monitorear la calidad del producto e identificar áreas de mejora.
- Investigar y resolver problemas de calidad en colaboración con equipos de ingeniería y calidad.
Seguridad y cumplimiento:
- Promover un entorno de trabajo seguro y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos de seguridad y salud.
- Realizar inspecciones de seguridad, evaluaciones de riesgos e investigaciones de incidentes.
- Implementar acciones correctivas y medidas preventivas para mitigar los riesgos de seguridad.
Planificación de la producción y gestión de inventarios:
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de gestión de materiales y cadena de suministro para garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales y componentes para la producción.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de producción, cronogramas y evaluaciones de capacidad.
- Monitorear los níveles de inventario e implementar medidas de control de inventario para optimizar la rotación del inventario y minimizar la obsolescencia.
REQUISITOS:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Gestión de Operaciones o campo afín.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en gestión de producción, preferentemente en la industria automotriz.
- Experiência comprobada en revestimientos de techo y sistemas de techo, apoyabrazos de puertas y consolas, componentes de acabado de paneles de instrumentos y soluciones de fibra.
- Conocimiento de la industria de productos de interior automotriz.
- Comprobadas habilidades de liderazgo y formación de equipos, con capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento.
- Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y la toma de decisiones.
- Competencia en principios de manufactura esbelta y metodologías de mejora continua.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
